My events company Way Doper Events teamed up with Klub Junkie this past weekend to throw the 2nd of our summer boat party series. We had great people, great music and beautiful weather all day to make it a fun party for all who attended.

New project launching - Stores Close Doors.com

I'm in the process of launching a new website http://storesclosedoors.com. I just installed the web program on my server and have started to add content to the site. The next step is to find a good graphic designer to work with to design the Stores Close Doors sticker and POS package and to re-design the website to make it look more fun and tied in with the brand.

I literally elevator-pitched this new idea today (in an 11 floor elevator ride) and I think the people understood what I was talking about. I've been invited to the UBC Venture Capital & Private Equity Club "BC's Clean Venture Competition and Forum" this weekend where I will get to network with other entrepreneurs and pitch to some serious VC's and capital funds.
